Seminole Glen Condominium Association
Prospective Owners FAQs
Are there restrictions on pets in your Condo bylaws?
Yes. Section 4.9 of the Association’s rules state that no more than two animals, each weighing at most 20 pounds, or one animal weighing at most 50 pounds shall be allowed in each unit; This section of the rules has eight other items pertaining to pets. If you have a pet please make certain to become familiar with these rules. A copy of our bylaws and rules can be obtained from Anchor Property Management.

What are the requirements when it pertains to satellite TV?
Installing a Satellite TV dish requires submitting a Variance Request to the Seminole Glen Board of Directors. A copy of that form can be found by clicking here. The board will typically require that the dish not be visible from Mickelson Parkway (on the east) or McKee Farms Park (on the west) and that it not be too obvious from Wood Brook Way. The satellite dishes currently installed are all somewhat close to the main part of the upper story. If dishes are improperly placed, the Board may require their reinstallation.

I will have a large moving van deliver my belongings. I noticed that Wood Brook Way is rather narrow. What should I do to make sure I don't block anyone in their driveway or garage?
It would be best to contact each neighbor that you feel might be affected by the possible blockage of their driveway so that they may make arrangements in advance of your moving day to have full access to their car. You could simply knock on their door or, ir they are not home leave a note on their door with your contact information. If you fail to receive a reply, you could contact the association management company, Anchor Property Management, at 608-826- 1000 to obtain contact information for a particular resident.

I may have a lot of extra recyclable trash around moving time. What information can you provide about trash pickup?
Trash is collected once a week usually on Wednesday. See Pellitteri's website for Seminole Glen for more information.

How do I access condo association newsletters, neighbor lists and other information?
There is an "owners only" portion of this website. Your access to those pages will be granted when you become an owner and provide an email address to our property management company, Anchor Property Management.

Will I be required to buy insurance on my unit?
Yes. The Association’s insurance covers only common elements. Section 11 of the Bylaws says each unit owner "shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage for the owner’s personal property, all equipment or improvements within the boundaries of a unit."
It is suggested that you have your insurance agent read the Bylaws to identify what the Association covers and what you will need to cover to make certain you get adequate insurance coverage on your unit.
I am a current owner. When I try to go to the owners portion of this website, a login and password is required. Don't you already have my email? Why do I have to provide that again? How do I access the owners part of this website?

Look for the Login/Sign up prompt on the upper right corner. There, you will be prompted for an email and password. You should receive a return email from Wix when access has been granted (you may have to check your spam mail box). This is a one-time process with the creation of the website.

If you already have a Login, when you click on the Login/Sign up prompt on the upper right corner, look for the "I am already a user, log in" prompt and use that.
